Justin L. Libby
Director of Operations
Mr. Libby is responsible for the day to day operations of our existing plants at Crockett, Texas, Jaffrey, New Hampshire, and Selma, Alabama. In addition, he oversees our transportation and logistics activities. He has been with Zilkha Biomass Energy for two years, formerly acting as Plant Manager at the Zilkha Biomass Energy Facility in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. He is a 2003 graduate of Maine Maritime Academy with a BS in Power Engineering Technology. He has a background in biomass energy from previous experience at a 25 MW biomass-fired steam plant, where he served as a plant operator/shift supervisor for two years, and the plant engineer for two years. Mr. Libby also holds a 1st Class Stationary Steam Engineer’s License issued by the State of Maine.
