Clyde Stearns
Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Stearns brings over 30 years of experience to Zilkha in the design, manufacture, installation, and servicing of automated wood processing machinery systems. As a former Sales Manager for Buhler, Inc., Mr. Stearns served companies across the forest products and biomass sectors. In this role, Mr. Stearns optimized Buhler’s equipment offering for the North American market in addition to developing a five year North American marketing plan. Prior to 2009, Mr. Stearns worked for TSI, Inc. within Wood Panel Finishing Systems and Rotary Dryers. As Engineering Manager, Mr. Stearns produced equipment systems up to $30 million in value as well as fulfilling his engineering, outsourcing, installation, and service functions. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Montana State University.
